It reminds me more of the Missy and the Cheerios incident! In order to be the pinto bean incident, you will have to have cereal in what seems like every nook and cranny of the house, and you will still be finding them 15 years later when you move!
I was going to say the same thing, Melinda! I had pulled a ziplock bag of Cheerios out of the cabinet because Mom always stored our Cheerios that way. I wanted to be all cute and mimic the commercial where they flip the bag upside down and show how tight of a seal it has. So in my best professional voice I declare to Melinda to witness how my bag of Cheerios stays shut because of the great seal and as you can imagine the entire contents of the bag went spilling on to the floor. And it was probably an entire box of Cheerios! You know? I don't know if we ever told Mom or Dad that story!
Oh, and I was standing on top of a chair at the time at the old house because I was getting them out of the top cabinet. So they went EVERYWHERE. I'm surprised Melinda still doesn't make fun of me for that incident... :)
