This is For Marianne

You're not alone. These clothes have been sitting on our cedar chest since Monday. And today is linens day so I have even more to add to it. The crazy thing is it really doesn't take THAT long, so I don't know what my hang up is. Anyone else want to confess?

Just the thought of having clothes just sitting in piles makes me crazy. How do you handle it? I'm tempted to come over and put them away myself! Okay, that's my OCD talking, but I do have one confession. I pulled out my bookshelf yesterday only to find legos, raisins (or they could have started as grapes), candy wrappers, cheerios, and 2 dead spiders behind it. YUCK!

Melinda, can I hire you to come out and put mine away? I would gladly do it. And Mandie, you're right. It really doesn't take that long to do it. (I can hear my mother's voice in my head saying the same thing, over and over ;) But, life happens, right?

I've decided that laundry IS life to an extent. The bane of my existence is dishes. Those are the worst for me. Though I have to admit that I usually have combed through have of the laundry basket of clean clothes before I manage to get them put away. Gotta love it! (or you go crazy shortly thereafter.)

Laundry... dishes... they all stink! Dishes get done every other day at my house and on the good week laundry gets put away... but usually it stays hanging in the laundry room and sitting in folded (I even get them folded- just not put away) piles on the chairs in my room. I try to get it put away by the time I have to do it all over again. Geez!
