dress daydreaming

It all started with this red dress I found for Abby on Gap.com. I loved it, but I wondered if there was a prettier dress out there, so I spent like, the next hour looking at dresses online. I found a few that I really like, but I still think the red one is my favorite, maybe because the bodice is so beautiful. Yeah, it was a total waste of time, cause there's no way I'm going to spend $40-$100 on a holiday dress for Abby, but it doesn't hurt to dream, does it?

So which one would you choose

Red dress number 1?

I LOVE the first one. It's so, well, Abby. And if it goes on sale you better buy it! But if I had to choose one for my own child (if I had a girl!) then I'd pick #8.

This is so interesting. I love the first dress. I agree with Missy that it is totally Abby. And I totally think that #8 looks like a dress Missy's little girl would wear. As for me and my girls, well, I would have to say #4 because I love the big bow. That is interesting. :-)

Number 6 is my favorite. The first one is beautiful with all of the details, but number 6 speaks to me. Kim :)

I would go with #1 and #10. They are the most "little girl-ish" to me. The others are beautiful but it would seem like I'd be dressing my little girl up for the prom rather than just a holiday when they're 3. :)

I think we like to dress our children the same. I LOVE #1. But if I had to choose another one it would probably be #10. I like red.

I LOVE
#1
#6
#8

IF I had a girl it would be between #1 and #6 for sure:) #1 is still probably my Fav...for Abby:)

And Yes I would spend $40-60 if I had a girl on a holiday dress (I guess that's how you feel after having 2 boys!)

I like # 1 the best, #10 next, which is interesting cause I'm not a big red person. But whatever happened to frilly pink for little girls?

Well, they're all holiday dresses, so you kinda have to stick with the reds and greens, right?

I like the first one a lot, too. I also like 5, 8 and 10. By the way, I love you Halloween layout for your blog!

Of course, I like #10 because it is RED! It would have to have red patent shoes to complete the ensemble. #1 is good, too. Have you checked out the traveling show of uppercrust fancy dresses at Sam’s? They have them at ours now, but it may be a rotating show.

My picks in order: 5, 6, then 8 They are cute though. I think Abby would look adorable in any of them really.
