I snagged Missy's camera for a couple of minutes while we were in Houston this weekend and got a few shots of my kids. Those six pictures I took look SO much better than anything that has ever come out of my camera. Better hold on tight to that thing Missy, cause it could disappear one day.

Its a Cannon 40D and including lenses you could spend over $1500. I'll be waiting to get that for a while....

Marianne, I like the Canon better, mainly because I have a Canon now and I'm more familiar with the set up. However, the Nikon D80 and Canon 40D are equal in most every feature, so you're getting an excellent camera either way.
