I've always thought brown eyes were boring. Growing up I envied my sisters that have blue and green eyes, and even my sister Missy who has very golden brown eyes. Mine are just plain old brown. So when Abby and Carter both wound up with brown eyes I was okay with it only because they weren't "plain old brown" like mine.
From a distance, their eyes look like the same color, but not up close. Carter not only inherited Brian's saucer eye shape, but also the color. Aren't those colorful flecks so beautiful?
And Abby's are like pure amber. Watch out boys.
